Halloween Card

Thanks for stopping by today! WoW! It's still hard for me to believe it's already October. But then reality sits in when our weather shifts and it's a bit chilly out and cloudy. We even had a dusting of snow already! Ugh...

To brighten things up and to keep my mind off of winter being around the corner, I created a fun Halloween card for this months IAR dt project.

I usually color with my Spectrum Noir markers, but have noticed over half of my collection is in need of re-inking. I ended up coloring todays project with my very limited collection of Copics with I actually love, but am limited to the colors I use. With that being said, I'm very pleased with my end result!

I love adding I Am Roses to my cards! Especially R77's. They just pop off the card. They are so stunning and beautiful in person.

I always seem to add S10's to my projects. They are the cutest flowers of all. Just look at how tiny they are! They are so adorable. To add a bit of softness to my card I added two crotchet flower, a large lavender flower and a deep purple small crotchet flower clustered.

Thanks for stopping by and checking out my dt project this month for IAR.
Be sure to stop by the I Am Roses shop where you can find all the flowers I used and many more.

For my "Boo-tiful" project for IAR, I created a Witch shoe!

I've been wanting to create something like this for quite some time now and I'm so pleased with the way it turned out! I found the cut for the witch shoe template on the Silhouette studio site, so I went ahead purchased the cut and put it together. I did alter it a bit, but I'm very pleased with the template over all.

I wanted a sparkly shoe, so after glueing it together I put black stickles all over it. While I was waiting for my shoe to dry I pulled out the following IAR flowers to spray with my Lindy Stamp Gang sprays and Heidi Swapp Color shines.

IAR flowers: R21, R8, & Rose leaves.

Here's what the flowers look like after I sprayed them Halloween colors.

I love how the flowers add just the right amount of color to the witch shoe!
